De Grote Synagoge is een voormalige synagoge van het Nederlands Israëlitische Gemeente aan de Wagenstraat in de voormalige Jodenbuurt in Den Haag. Het gebouw is sinds 1981 in gebruik als de Mescidi Aksamoskee.Het neoclassicistische gebouw werd in 1842 ontworpen als Hoogduitse synagoge door architect Arend Roodenburg in opdracht van het bestuur van de askenazisch-joodse gemeente in Den Haag. In 1844 werd de synagoge in gebruik genomen. De synagoge lag midden in de toenmalige Haagse Jodenbuurt. Behalve aan de Wagenstraat, was er ook een askenazisch-joodse synagoge in de Carpentierstraat en een in Scheveningen aan de Harstenhoekweg.
