Een moderne jachthaven met 80 ligplaatsen gesitueerd in ’t Bassin vlak naast het historische hart van Maastricht. De werfkelders van ‘t Bassin bruisen met diverse restaurants, grand-cafés, winkeltjes en galeries. Vooral ’s zomers doet het geheel mediterraan aan met gevulde terrassen aan de rand van het water. Ook zijn er het hele jaar door diverse evenementen zoals het klassieke Bassinconcert, het salsa-avonden en diverse thematische avonden.
