Het zwevende uitzichtplatform boven de ENCI-groeve werd woensdag 28 oktober 2016 geopend voor het publiek. Wandelaars op de Sint-Pietersberg kunnen vanaf het uitzichtplatform genieten van een spectaculair uitzicht over de kalksteengroeve.
Het magistraal uitkijkpunt over de groeve en de omgeving de Sint-Pietersberg is altijd toegankelijk tussen zonsopkomst en zonsondergang. De trap naar het groeve gebied telt 215 treden. Deze trap met toegang tot de groeve is van 1 september tot 1 april geopend van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur en van 1 april tot 1 september van 8.00 tot 20.00 uur.
