Vierhuis is een buurtschap in de gemeente De Friese Meren, in de Nederlandse provincie Friesland. Het ligt ten oosten/zuidoost van Rohel en ten noorden van Delfstrahuizen.
De bewoning van de buurtschap ligt aan beide zijden van de Broeresloot, dat ook bekend staat als Vierhuistervaart, aan de oostkant van het Tjeukemeer. De meeste bewoning is te vinden aan de noordzijde van de Broeresloot, dit gedeelte valt onder Rohel. De bewoning aan de zuidzijde valt onder Delfstrahuizen. In dit deeltje staat ook een hotel.
