De trotse eigenaren Etienne en Eva, hebben de woning in 2017 gerestaureerd. Het statige pand is in 1923 in opdracht van dokter Buijsrogge gebouwd, dit verhult dan meteen de naam van de vakantiewoning; een eerbetoon aan dokter Buijsrogge.
