Sigismund's Chapel, of Zygmunt Chapel, ("Kaplica Zygmuntowska"), grenzend aan de zuidelijke muur van de kathedraal, is een van de meest opmerkelijke architecturale stukken in Kraków en misschien "het puurste voorbeeld van Renaissance-architectuur buiten Italië." Gefinancierd door koning Sigismund I de Oude, werd het gebouwd in 1517-33 door Bartolomeo Berrecci.
Een vierkantgebaseerde kapel met een gouden koepel herbergt de graven van zijn oprichter evenals van zijn kinderen, koning Sigismund II Augustus en Anna Jagiellonka.
