Het Shakespeare Theater in Gdansk is een nieuw theatergebouw, ontworpen naar het voorbeeld van het historische Londense Shakespeare-Globe Theater, ontworpen door de Venetiaanse architect Renato Rizzi. De feestelijke opening vond plaats op 19 september 2014. Het project werd sinds 20 februari 2008 ondersteund door de Theatrum-Gedanense-Stichting. De bouwwerkzaamheden begonnen op 5 maart 2011. De oprichting vond plaats onder het beschermheerschap van de Britse troonopvolger prins Charles en de Nobelprijswinnaar voor de literatuur Günter Grass.
