Vila Jusã is een plaats en een voormalige gemeente in het noorden van Portugal. Vila Jusã ligt aan de rivier de Douro en behoort tot het wijnbouwgebied Alto Douro, de eerste beschermde wijnbouwregio ter wereld, sinds 2001 UNESCO-werelderfgoed.
De oudste vermeldingen stammen uit de 12e eeuw, toen de plaats onder de naam São Martinho de Meison Frigido de Jusano werd geregistreerd. Het eerste officiële document van de plaats is de schenkingsakte van de plaatselijke kerk São Martinho van 19 mei 1145 door Portugals eerste koning D. Afonso Henriques. De geografische nabijheid van de gemeenten Santa Cristina en São Nicolau zorgde daarna vaak voor conflicten, zowel tussen de bevolking als tussen de lokale vorsten. Sinds de 12e eeuw bestond er in Vila Jusã de wens om vanuit Mesão Frio bestuurd te worden, wat echter daar op afkeuring stuitte.
