Het Klooster van Santa Clara in Coimbra bevindt zich aan de linkeroever van de Mondego-rivier, in de parochie Santa Clara, in de stad, gemeente en district Coimbra, Portugal. Het vertegenwoordigt een moment van experimentatie van de gotische stijl in het land. De stichting, aan het einde van de 13e eeuw, valt samen met een geleidelijk toenemende invloed en acceptatie van de Orde der Minderbroeders aan het hof en in de Portugese samenleving in het algemeen.
