De Lizandro, ook bekend als Ribeira do Mourão, Ribeira de Anços, Ribeira dos Tostões, Ribeira de Cheleiros, is een rivier in het district Lissabon, Portugal. De exacte locatie van de bron is onbekend, vanwege een gebrek aan studies. De monding bevindt zich in Carvoeira, Mafra, Portugal, op een strand genaamd Foz do Lizandro, dat een Blue Flag strandcertificaat heeft. Het stroomgebied van de rivier heeft drie beschermde gebieden: twee kalksteenverhardingen en de kei van Lexim. De vallei van Cheleiros, waar de Lizandro doorheen stroomt, is vereeuwigd in Memorial do Convento door José Saramago.
