De Hoge Raad is in Zweden het hoogste gerecht in burgerlijke en strafzaken. In bestuursrechtelijke zaken bestaat daarnaast een hoogste bestuursrechtbank, de Högsta förvaltningsdomstolen.
Het gerecht werd in 1789 opgericht door Gustav III. en heeft zijn zetel in het Bondesche Paleis in Stockholm. De minimaal 14 leden moeten ervaren rechters zijn. Ze worden aangeduid als justitie-raden en door de regering geselecteerd. Uit hun midden benoemt de regering de rechtbankpresident.
