Het Condé Nast Building is een moderne wolkenkrabber op Times Square, Midtown Manhattan te New York, Verenigde Staten. De toren is gelegen op Broadway tussen 42nd and 43rd Street. De bouw van de toren begon in 1996 en werd voltooid in januari 2000. Het maakte deel uit van een groter project om 42nd Street te herontwikkelen. De toren meet 247 meter telt 48 verdiepingen en bevat een werkoppervlakte van 150 000 m² . Het is het 12de hoogste gebouw in New York en het 41ste hoogste in de Verenigde Staten. Durst Organization is de eigenaar van het Condé Nast Building.
Het gebouw werd ontworpen door Fox & Fowle, die door stad gekozen werden wegens hun ervaring in het ontwerpen van ecologisch duurzame gebouwen.
