De University of Wisconsin-Madison , ook UW-Madison of Madison, is een Amerikaanse openbare onderzoeksuniversiteit gevestigd in Madison in de staat Wisconsin. De universiteit werd opgericht in 1848.
De universiteit is het vlaggeschip van het University of Wisconsin System , een netwerk of associatie van dertien openbare universiteiten en nog eens dertien university colleges verspreid over het grondgebied van de staat Wisconsin.
