De Vicksburgveldtocht was een reeks van manoeuvres en veldslagen in het westelijk deel van Amerika tijdens de Amerikaanse Burgeroorlog. Het hoofddoel van de Noordelijke veldtocht was de versterkte stad Vicksburg. Deze stad domineerde het laatste stuk van de rivier de Mississippi die in Zuidelijke handen was. Het Noordelijke Army of the Tennessee onder leiding van generaal-majoor Ulysses S. Grant veroverde de stad op de Zuidelijke luitenant-generaal John C. Pemberton.
De veldtocht kan ingedeeld worden in een aantal marineoperaties, troepenbewegingen, mislukte plannen en elf veldslagen in de periode vanaf 26 december 1862 tot 4 juli 1863. Militaire historici verdelen deze veldtocht in twee fasen namelijk de Operaties tegen Vicksburg en Grants operaties tegen Vicksburg .
