De Cochemer Krampen is een helling langs de Moezel tussen Ediger-Eller en Cochem. Vanuit Eller is het zo'n 3 km klimmen naar de top. Op de top staat een slagboom om toegang te krijgen tot vakantiepark en Golfresort Cochem. De slagboom is met de fiets zeer eenvoudig te omzeilen. Vanwege de slagboom is er ook nauwelijks autoverkeer op de weg. Mogelijk enigste nadeel is de steilte van de beklimming: in de eerste 2 kilometer van de klim liggen de stijgingspercentages tussen 9 en 17%.
