Deze ambachtelijke brouwerij ligt in het kasteeldorpje Kerkom. Het is de ideale halte voor wandelaars, fietsers en bierproevers. Je geniet er van de zelfgebrouwen Binkbieren (Bink blond, Bink bruin, Bink bloesem, Bink tripel). Er zijn ook andere huisbieren zoals Winterkoninkske, Winterkoninkske Grand Cru, Adelardus Dubbel, Adelardus Tripel, Bloesem Kriek, de Hop Verdomme en als laatste nieuwe de "Reuss".
Raadpleeg regelmatig de facebook-pagina voor de actuele openingsuren. Deze zijn afhankelijk van de corona-maatregelen en kunnen indien nodig afwijken.
