Der Brunnen Campo das Hortas ist ein Brunnen im manieristischen Stil mit einem schlanken Pyramidensystem in der Höhe und zwei überlappenden Schalen.

Im Jahr 1594 beauftragte Erzbischof Frei Agostinho de Jesús seinen Lieblingsmaurer Manuel Luís mit dem Bau eines grandios verzierten Granitbrunnens am östlichen Ende von Camp de Santa Anna (heute Avinguda Central).

1865 wurde es abgebaut und an die Praça do Comércio verlegt und 1914 an seinen heutigen Standort verlegt.
