From Winterberg we pass the Kahlen Asten to Landwehr, down to Neuastenberg into the valley and up to Mollseifen. A visit to the Lennequelle on the Kahlen Asten is worthwhile. We continue cycling through deep coniferous forest, mainly downhill, to Züschen. In Züschen we follow the Nuhne for a short distance and soon climb the ridge between Liesen and Züschen. Through the fields we go to Hesborn and immediately back into the forest towards Kleiner and Großer Bromberg. After a long descent, we reach the lowest point of our tour (440m) and then have to leave the dreamy Orketal again from the Ehrenscheider Mühle. We go up to Winterberg over an initially very steep and long ascent. Now back to Bremberg, and we have a nice tour through the Sauerland behind us.
