¿Sabías que el 22 de septiembre de 2008 el castillo fue comprado en una subasta pública por el artista Wim Delvoye? Delvoye declaró que quería establecer un museo de arte contemporáneo en el castillo. Su propio trabajo sería exhibido, así como el de artistas amigos. El copropietario, el marqués Olivier de Trazegnies, se puso en contacto con Delvoye tras la venta pública y hizo una contraoferta; el marqués compró de nuevo el castillo a Delvoye a través de una BV y donó las acciones de la sociedad en 2010 a la Asociación Real de Ciudades y Jardines Históricos de Bélgica. El marqués Olivier de Trazegnies todavía reside allí y ha convertido el castillo en un centro para actividades culturales, seminarios, etc.
