Este museo en torno a la época napoleónica, marco del destino excepcional de Joaquín Murat, rey de Nápoles (1767 - 1815), es una de las pocas casas nativas de un Mariscal de Francia que se mantiene en buen estado desde hace 200 años en un casa típica de Quercy. En la antigua casa familiar descubrirá, muebles, documentos y diversos objetos pertenecientes a la familia de los Príncipes. El museo cuenta con un retrato de María Antonieta Murat, sobrina de Joaquín Murat, la esposa del Príncipe de Hohenzollem-Sigmaringen, por la que la familia está ligada hoy en día a la mayoría de las familias reales de Europa.
