Het Maison Pariès, een echt instituut in Baskenland, is de laatste rechtstreekse afstammeling van de chocolademakers van Bayonne.
Opgericht door Jacques Damestoy in 1895, hebben de knowhow van het bedrijf en de uitmuntendheid van zijn producten gezorgd voor zijn reputatie, die het vandaag de dag de labels EFC (Entreprises Familiales Centenaires) en EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) heeft opgeleverd.
Tegenwoordig wordt het beheerd door Céline Martin Pariès.
Het is een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in zoetwaren, gebak en Baskische delicatessen, dat verschillende soorten producten aanbiedt, waaronder
baskische taarten, mouchous, kanougas, macarons, bonbons, tourons.
