Neoromaanse kruisbasiliek van 1862 gebouwd naar ontwerp van architect J. Jamine. Baksteenbouw met afwerking van natuursteen. De plattegrond beschrijft een ingebouwde westelijke toren met naaldspits, een basilicaal schip van vijf traveeën, transeptarm van één travee met absidiale sluiting, en een koor van een rechte travee met halfronde sluiting, geflankeerd door sacristieën. Kleurrijk interieur, voorzien van muurschilderingen; kruisgewelven en gordelbogen op pijlers; koepelgewelf over de rechte koortravee. Mobilair: Onze-Lieve-Vrouw met Kind, witgeschilderd hout (18de eeuw). Communiebank, 1774, afkomstig uit abdij Herkenrode.
