Hier worden de 'Gaverhopkes', met liefde voor de brouwkunst, op ambachtelijke wijze gebrouwen. Alle ingrediënten zijn volledig natuurlijk en groeien in eigen streek. Deze unieke mix van West-Vlaamse bodem kan je enkel proeven in 't Gaverhopke. In het weekend en in de zomermaanden ook van woensdag tot en met vrijdag kan je in de brasserie op de beschermde site Goed te Nieuwenhove de bieren degusteren of smullen van een eenvoudige hap. Vanaf 20 personen kan je ook buiten de openingsuren de brouwerij bezoeken en genieten van een hapje of drankje. De brouwerij bezit het UNIZO authenticiteitslabel voor ambachtelijke ondernemers "Handmade in Belgium".
