Het strand van Milopotamos is in twee gesplitst door een kalkstenen rots. In die rots zit een grote en een kleine doorgang. De kleine doorgang zit net boven de zeespiegel en daar kan je door zwemmen. De grote natuurlijke doorgang brengt je naar het noordelijke deel van het strand waar je ook de grot kan zien.
