Langs de belangrijkste autoroute tussen Chora en Kinidaros, net na het kruispunt naar Eggares, kan men makkelijk de overblijfselen ontdekken van de oude (eind 6e eeuw V.C.) fase van het aquaduct: de keramische pijpleiding. Op deze plek kwamen ook de restanten van de Romeinse fase van het aquaduct aan het licht: de gemetselde geul. Hier zijn alleen de rode tegels zichtbaar. Het beton bovenop is van zeer recente datum.
