Oprindeligt herresæde, siden 1844 anvendt som rådhus. Ejet af kommunen siden 1874. Inddraget i rækkehusbebyggelsen med bredt hus med pudset og malet, neoklassicistisk facade med fem fag og to etager under saddeltag (ryggen parallelt med gaden, skifer), fra første halvdel af det 19. århundrede, fuldstændig ombygget og udvidet i 1932-1933 efter skitse af den provinsielle arkitekt G. Careels. Kontorer og bryllupssal blev etableret i stueetagen, byrådssalen i "flamsk stil" på første sal, arkivlokalerne på mansardetagen.
