Colonie Alsen betegner den sommerhuskoloni, der blev grundlagt af bankmanden Wilhelm Conrad i 1863 i bydelen Wannsee i Berlin, på den nordlige bred af den Lille og den vestlige bred af den Store Wannsee.
De pragtfulde villaer i denne nobelste berlinske koloni, indlejret i en park, udgjorde et enestående kulturlandskab fra kejsertiden og Weimar-republikken. Få huse er bevaret i dag, så det samlede kunstværk fra den tid kun kan anes.
