Aalborghus Slot er et slot i Aalborg, Danmark. Det er et bindingsværksslot bygget af Kong Christian III fra 1539 til omkring 1555, oprindeligt som en befæstning.
En bygning havde eksisteret på stedet før Christian III's slot. Det stod syd for slottet og nævnes i den første dokumentation af Aalborghus, som daterer sig tilbage til 1340. Det var ejet af Margrethe I og var dødsstedet for Kong Hans i 1513, som døde i en hesteulykke.
