Mesas de Ibor er en by og kommune i Spanien i provinsen Cáceres. Den ligger geografsik i Ibor-dalen, nordøst for den autonome region Extremadura, og tilhører administrativt retskredsen Navalmoral de la Mata og fællesskabet Campo Arañuelo.
