Das Schloss von Nokere oder auch Schloss Casier, benannt nach den Eigentümern aus dem Geschlecht Casier, liegt in der Kasteeldreef im Dorf Nokere, einem Stadtteil von Kruisem.
Das Schloss stammt aus der Zeit vor dem 16. Jahrhundert und brannte 1596 ab. Es wurde von Mathieu-Xavier de Ghellinck neu erbaut, der 1727 die Herrschaft Nokere erworben hatte. Von 1773 bis 1783 wurden die beiden Seitenflügel errichtet und das Schloss erhielt sein heutiges klassizistisches Aussehen. In der Nähe stehen einige Wirtschaftsgebäude, darunter ein Torhaus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit dem Grabstein von Jacob van Gavere und eine Wagenremise mit einer Auswahl an Kutschen aus dem 18. und 19. Jahrhundert.
