Hinterliegend, derzeit leerstehendes Häuschen, im Kataster 1904 eingetragen, aber laut katasterlichen Angaben bereits 1903 in Gebrauch genommen. Quer zur Straße angelegte und verankerte Ziegelbauweise mit vier + einer späteren Travee und einem Geschoss unter einem Satteldach mit Dachziegeln. Rechteckige Wandöffnungen unter Holzlintel; verglaste Fenster. Der winkelförmige Anbau hinten ist eine etwas spätere Ergänzung, die 1907 im Kataster registriert wurde.
