Jahr der Verleihung der 1. Blume: 2011Asfeld ist ein Dorf mit ca. 1000 Einwohnern, die man die Asfeldois nennt.Die Aisne ist der Hauptfluss, der durch die Gemeinde fließt.Das Dorf liegt 24 km von Reims (Marne) und 68 km von Charleville-Mézières entfernt.Es gehört zur Communauté de Communes du Pays rethélois.Sehenswertes im Vorbeifahren:Kirche Saint Didier, als historisches Monument eingestuft. Einzige Barockkirche der Ardennen, 1683 in Form einer Viola da gamba aus Backstein mit Rotunde und Peristyl erbaut. Die Kapelle Notre Dame de la Pitié enthält eine Pièta aus dem Jahr 1604.
