Questo ex podere del XVII secolo è stato costruito in legno e terra, poi trasformato gradualmente in un edificio in pietra con mattoni. La facciata posteriore è la meglio conservata di tutto l'edificio, grazie al suo vecchio intonaco, che lo ha protetto dagli agenti atmosferici e da altre influenze. L'edificio ha un tetto a falde in Eternit. Il podere è stato trasformato in abitazione nel XIX secolo. Per questo motivo, le aperture sono state rinnovate e è stata aggiunta un'estensione. All'interno sono rimasti travi smussate con incavi e un camino della seconda metà del XVII secolo. Notevoli sono anche le boiserie e il camino della prima metà del XIX secolo.
