Hühnermühle è una frazione del comune di Pfofeld nel distretto di Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen, in Franconia Centrale. L'insediamento si trova a un'altitudine di 413 metri sul livello del mare e ha dieci abitanti.
Il villaggio, che prende il nome dal mulino, si trova al margine settentrionale del canale di Altmühl e circa 500 metri a ovest della sua confluenza nel Lago di Brombachsee. È urbanisticamente collegato al vicino paese di Neuherberg a nord. Una strada comunale porta attraverso Neuherberg alla strada circondariale WUG 1 che corre a est e alla strada circondariale WUG 20 che corre a sud. A ovest si trova la riserva naturale di Brombachmoor. A sud di Hühnermühle, dall'altra parte del canale di Altmühl, si trova la frazione di Pfofeld Furthmühle, oggi un segheria. La città più vicina è Gunzenhausen, a circa 7 chilometri di distanza.
