Zaisenhausen è il comune più piccolo del distretto di Karlsruhe nel Baden-Württemberg. Al comune di Zaisenhausen appartiene, oltre al villaggio omonimo, nessun'altra località.
Il comune di Zaisenhausen, un antico villaggio francone, si trova al margine nord-orientale del distretto badese di Karlsruhe nella regione collinare di Kraichgau. L'area di 1.011 ettari è composta da colline pianeggianti coperte di loess e argilla di loess, suddivise dal Wiesental del Kohlbach e da alcune piccole valli laterali. Il punto più alto dell'area è rappresentato a nord-ovest dal Zaiselberg con i suoi 251 m sul livello del mare. Il punto più basso si trova a 167 m presso il Kohlbach, al confine dell'area con Oberderdingen-Flehingen.
