El bisbat d'Isernia-Venafro —Diocesi di Isernia-Venafro ; Dioecesis Aeserniensis-Venafrensis — és un bisbat de l'Església catòlica, sufragani de l'arquebisbat de Campobasso-Boiano, que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Abruços-Molise. El 2006 tenia 60.000 batejats d'un total de 63.000 habitants. Des del 2014 stà regida pel bisbe Camillo Cibotti.
Els patrons de la diòcesi són sants Nicandro, Marciano i Daria, màrtirs al 303 a Venafro sota l'emperador Dioclecià. La memòria litúrgica és el 17 de juny amb grau de solemnitat a les ciutats de Venafro i Isernia i de festa a la diòcesi. La ciutat de Venafro estén la celebració del 16 al 18 de juny.
