Kassel Hauptbahnhof er en endestationsbane beliggende i den vestlige del af den nordhessiske by Kassel. Langdistance tog kører ikke over Kassel Hauptbahnhof, men over stationen Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe, der ligger 4 km længere mod vest.
Stationen blev bygget mellem 1851 og 1856 efter tegninger af den kurhessiske overbygningsmester Gottlob Engelhard i stil med romantisk klassicisme for Friedrich-Wilhelms-Nordbahn, den Hannoverske Sydbane samt Main-Weser-Bahn. Forbilledet var stationen i München. Anlægget blev udvidet i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede gennem om- og udbygninger.
