Beregnende at tage imod børn med skrøbelig sundhed og beskedne forhold, blev denne bygning opført i 1913, under ledelse af fru Wallerstein. Dette opholdssted, der ligger tæt ved stranden, åbner også op mod bassinet gennem en solbeskinnet galleri, bestående af liggestole. Det er arkitekterne Charles Duval og Emmanuel Gonse, der har bygget disse bygninger. Spisesalen er dekoreret med storslåede fresker af maleren Henri Marret. Det var i 1971, at Aérium lukkede dørene efter at have taget imod 3000 børn.
