Dalen ved Stura di Demonte eller Stura-dalen, tidligere kaldet Sture-dalen, er en dal i den italienske Piemonte, hvis vigtigste vandløb er Stura di Demonte.
Den ligger i provinsen Cuneo, mellem de cottiske alper mod nord og de maritimale alper mod syd. Den grænser op til nord ved val Grana og val Maira, og mod syd ved den franske afdeling Alpes-Maritimes. Dens længde er ca. 50 km, fra Larche-passet, en vigtig vej mellem Frankrig og Italien, til Po-sletten, som den når ved Borgo San Dalmazzo.
