HMS Statesman war ein U-Boot der britischen Royal Navy. Die Statesman gilt als das U-Boot, das den letzten erfolgreichen Torpedoangriff des Zweiten Weltkrieges durchführte.
Das Boot wurde zwischen 1952 und 1959 von der französischen Marine unter dem Namen Sultane eingesetzt.
