Brasserie Inter-Pol es una cervecería belga en Mont, un distrito de Houffalize en la provincia de Luxemburgo. Pol Ghekiere y su esposa Tine compraron en 1999 un viejo taller de herrero, cuya parte más antigua data de 1710, y lo transformaron en un Bed & Breakfast. Cinco años después, Pol comenzó a trabajar como guía de habla holandesa en la cercana Cervecería de Achouffe. Empezó a profundizar en el proceso de elaboración de la cerveza y a experimentar en la cocina. Detrás del alojamiento para huéspedes en el taller original, se reformó un nuevo espacio que consiste en dos partes, una sala de degustación y una pequeña cervecería con una capacidad de elaboración de 70 litros por lote. Desde 2010, la cervecería entró oficialmente en funcionamiento y desde entonces se elaboran allí dos cervezas fijas, Zwarte Pol y Witte Pol.
