La estación de Attilastraße es una estación del S-Bahn en Berlín. Se inauguró en 1895 bajo el nombre de Mariendorf y se electrificó en 1939. En 1992, se cambió su nombre a Attilastraße.
Originalmente se encontraba en la localidad de Mariendorf, a casi dos kilómetros al noroeste del centro del pueblo. En 1920, Mariendorf y el área alrededor de la estación se incorporaron a Berlín. La ubicación de Südende, al oeste de la estación, pasó al distrito de Steglitz. La frontera del distrito pasa justo al oeste de la estación. Desde 1938, la estación ya no pertenece a Mariendorf, sino al barrio de Tempelhof del distrito que lleva el mismo nombre.
