Le Kramermarkt est une fête populaire qui a lieu chaque année à Oldenburg. Le marché commence le vendredi entre le 26 septembre et le 2 octobre et se termine dix jours plus tard. La période durant laquelle le Kramermarkt a lieu est également appelée la Cinquième Saison à Oldenburg et dans les environs.
Le comte Anton Günther d'Oldenburg est considéré comme le fondateur de l'actuel Kramermarkt par son ordonnance de 1608. Pendant cinq jours, les récoltes récoltées étaient échangées sur la place de l'hôtel de ville pour célébrer la fin de la saison des récoltes. Sous le nom de Krahmer-Marckt, les commerçants étaient principalement des marchands et des commerçants itinérants.
