L'attuale edificio ha un'origine medievale, come si può vedere dalla torre quadrata del castello e dalla cerchia circolare di silex. L'ingresso si trova di fronte alla torre e il cortile poligonale combina mattoni con granito. Il Castello di Waroux è uno dei rari castelli belgi a forma circolare. Oggi il castello è talvolta lo scenario di eventi culturali.
