I sentieri della salute di Bad Essen ...
sono sentieri ideal per un allenamento cardiovascolare dosato all'aria aperta e in un paesaggio naturale.
Sono adatti per camminate terapeutiche, escursioni, Nordic walking e jogging. Tutti e tre i percorsi sono ad anello e partono di fronte alla piscina all'aperto Sole. Hanno lunghezze diverse tra 3 e 5 km. I sentieri della salute sono stati misurati singolarmente secondo il profilo altimetrico e valutati in un'analisi medica in base ai requisiti di carico.
Il sentiero della salute 3 "BLU" è un percorso vario senza grandi pendenze nel centro storico e lungo il canale Mittelland, è sempre un percorso soleggiato, curato, sempre con pavimentazione o ghiaia, alcuni tratti lungo il canale Mittelland sono esposti al vento normale, altrimenti sono protetti dal vento, ci sono panche per riposarsi.
