Die Brauerei Alvinne versucht immer, innovativ und experimentell zu sein. Das kann geschehen, indem alte Traditionen wiederbelebt werden (z.B. Reifung in Holzfässern), durch die Verwendung neuer Hopfensorten und durch die Zusammenarbeit mit talentierten Brauern über die Grenzen hinweg.
Man kann vor Ort die Biere verkosten, wenn das Probierzimmer mittwochs von 12 bis 17 Uhr geöffnet ist. Brauereibesuche sind nur möglich, wenn es der Brauerei passt. Kontaktieren Sie die Brauer im Voraus, um zu sehen, ob es Möglichkeiten gibt.
