Iris-Jörg er et kystmotorskib, der blev bygget i 1956 som Eilenburg for rederiet Süptitz og Co. ved Nobiskrug. Skibet, der i dag er fredet, befinder sig som museumsfartøj i Kehdinger Kystfartøjsmuseum i Wischhafen.
Skibet blev bygget i 1956 som Eilenburg på værftet Nobiskrug i Rendsburg. Dåben fandt sted den 19. april, og overdragelsen til bestilleren, rederiet Süptitz & Co. i Hamborg, fandt sted den 24. maj 1956. Skibet var et af seks søsterskibe.
