Auf Vorschlag eines Mitglieds des Umweltausschusses wurde diese Grünfläche in blühende Wiesen umgewandelt.
Durch die Wiese verläuft ein gewundenes Wanderweg, das an der Moorsledestraße beginnt, zwischen der Heulebeek und dem Becken. Wenn Sie diesem Wanderweg folgen, gelangen Sie in den Stadtteil Kapelleveld.
Direkt am verengten Teil der Heulebeek wurde ein Insektenhotel aufgestellt.
