Mere forkælelse end en buket blomster og mere dristig end en æske chokolade, har Bouquet de Chocolats været en succes for Atelier siden dets oprettelse af Serge Andrieu i 1995. Kraftige mørke, cremede hvide og generøse mælkechokolader... I en farverig horn afslører det et assorteret udvalg af hjemmelavede chokoladeblade valgt fra 33 forskellige smagsvarianter.
I vores matchende æsker glider vi ganacher subtilt smagt på frugt, te eller kaffe, forbedret med crêpes dentelles, mandler, hasselnødder... alt dækket med den fineste chokolade, selvfølgelig.
