Aquests 2 colomars es troben al Jardí de la reina des de l'any 1954. Donen al parc l'aspecte d'un jardí japonès.
Estaven muntats sobre pals per evitar les rates . L'any 2015 van ser desmuntats i restaurats per l'escola Val-Itma. Van trobar el seu lloc al mig de l'estany.
A més dels coloms, trobareu molts ànecs al voltant de l'estany. Un airejador fa escuma al mig per proporcionar oxigen a l'aigua per als peixos. L'aigua de l'estany prové de l' Escaut , que flueix just al costat del parc.
